In addition, our spray booth can be customized to fit your requirements. We have made a customized 26x15x11ft spray booth for our U.S. client. He do much professional spraying jobs. And we can provide a fully functional spray booth as he required. Follows are more products details:
1. Clear roof: With clear roof to get more natural light.
2. Customized door: The vehicle entrance and exit will be 11 ft wide (zipper to zipper) and 8 ft tall, floor to top zipper. The doors will unzip from the floor along the right, left and top sides forming an upside down "U", left and top sides of the door panel. The door panel will be clear. The zippers used will be very strong, two way, commercial use zippers. The zippers will be protected from paint intrusion by Velcro flaps.The north end will have a matching door panel with matching clear panels, zipper and Velcro openings, and clear door panels.
3. Waterproof tube: Can add 26 ft long waterproof tube to the bottom right and left floor corners. These tubes can be filled with water, acting as anchors if the booth is used outside.
4. Vent windows: The booth and window material will have solid Dark Blue fixed panels and clear fixes and 6 opening panels. The clear opening panels will be at the bottom of clear side panels and be 2 ft X 4 ft in size they can be rolled up from the inside and can be held up fixed Velcro straps affixed to the inside of the panel in an appropriate place.
5. Intake fan tube: there will be very high volume intake fans attached to intake vent tube.
6. Inflate fan tube: Both side have inflate fan tube, which can be used instead.
7. Exhaust fan tube: There will be very high volume exhaust fans attached to exhaust vent tubes.
8. Logo printing: The Logo will be placed on the west (left side) of the booth centered on any solid panel.
